Natural rust development: The gate is not rusted on delivery. It arrives with a standard metal finish, and the rust patina will develop naturally over time once exposed to outdoor conditions.
Speeding up the rusting process: If you wish to accelerate the rusting effect, you can lightly spray the surface with salt water or soapy water.
Care advice: During the rusting phase, avoid direct contact with clothing or light-coloured surfaces, as the developing rust layer may cause staining.

This garden gate combines strength and understated elegance, making it an ideal entry point for a fence surrounding your garden or patio.
Made from corten steel, also known as weathering steel, the gate naturally forms a protective rust-coloured surface when exposed to the elements. This layer helps protect the steel from further corrosion, meaning the gate does not require painting and has very low maintenance needs. The distinctive brown finish gives the gate a unique, characterful appearance while remaining exceptionally durable and suitable for long-term outdoor use.
For added security, the gate is equipped with a lockable system. The sturdy gate posts feature four mounting holes at the base, allowing the gate to be securely fixed to the ground for excellent stability.
